These terms apply to your use of Castbase at app.castbase.io. By creating an account you agree to them. Castbase is provided by WOW London Ltd, 10 Harland Avenue, Croydon CR0 5QB, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”).

The service

Castbase helps you set brand guidelines, create social media content with the help of AI, and schedule it to Instagram and Facebook accounts you are authorised to manage.

Your account

• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.
• Only connect social accounts and Pages you own or are authorised to manage.

Your content

• You own the content you upload and create. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only to provide the service.
• You are responsible for what you publish, including having the rights to images, music, logos and trademarks.
• Review AI-generated content before you approve it. AI output can be inaccurate.

Acceptable use

Do not use Castbase to post unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content, to spam, or in breach of Instagram, Facebook or other platform rules. We may suspend accounts that do.

Third-party platforms

Publishing depends on Instagram, Facebook and other services. We are not responsible for their outages, rule changes, or decisions to limit or remove content. We show you the result of every post we attempt.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe in advance. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using Castbase at any time and ask us to delete your data (see Data deletion). We may end accounts that breach these terms.
